I am certified as a Kundalini Yoga Teacher.  Kundalini Yoga goes beyond popularized yoga exercises.  Kundalini Yoga includes wholistic health technologies, verified through scientific studies.  I share these technologies so that you may use them to experience health, happiness, wholeness, and whatever else you desire.  Use what works for you.

Kundalini Yoga includes:

  • Breathing: regulates and heals our somatic, sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems, and balances our brain
  • Sound: chanting, and gong for relaxation, and clearing the mind
  • Meditation: balances mind, releases negative and destructive thoughts
  • Finger, hand and body postures and body movements activate reflex points identified in acupuncture, reflexology (Foot Massage), and Kinesiology.
  • Protocalls to resolve ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Grief, Anger
  • Herbs are used in cooking, making teas, and making essential oils.  For example, oregano is anti-bacterial, anti-viral, and anti-fungal.
  • Food combinations in cooking and eating raw.  For example, garlic and onions are anti-bacterial, anti-viral, and anti-fungal.
